Jock itch or the ringworm of the groin is a fungal infection in the groin area. It seems to be incredibly annoying to the sufferer.   • Cornstarch

Cornstarch is a well known natural remedy to treat jock itch. Cornstarch, derived from the dried corn kernels, is the key ingredient in baby powders.   • Oatmeal & Epsom Salt Bath

An oatmeal and Epsom salt bath is a relaxing way of achieving relief from jock itch. Add one cup of Epsom salt and two cups of oatmeal to a bathtub that is filled with warm water.
