Sharing and posting elsewhere on the Web

It’s perfectly alright to share all the FitMonk workouts, products, courses, and content, as they are, post them on other blogs or on social media as long as the authenticity and originality of the content are not modified in any way, the copyright notice is respected and remains intact. Although a link back or a mention is totally appreciated, but that’s totally up to you. We invest so much time and efforts when we publish any content here as everything is backed up by quality research and experimentation, so it is vital that whenever you try to do a workout from here and re-post it somewhere else or use it anywhere for non-commercial purpose, it can still be traced back to the source.

Non-profit distribution

You can download and distribute any of the FitMonkworkouts for free in any quantities e.g. gyms, fitness clubs, boot camps or conferences as long as it is for non-profit and you keep the workouts as they are, without removing or adding anything to them unless you feel there is something to be added or removed to make it better and more useful. But make sure you send a copy of modified workout to us before taking it to the public.


Because we are unable to provide support and regular translation updates for our materials at this time we don’t allow any translations of our materials, articles or goodies. None of our work can be translated and shared online. We are going to translate all our work into other languages very soon so that we can reach out to more people and help them in their Fitness Goals and living a Healthy Life.
